    My biological age is 11 years younger than actual so this is what I say to this heading. Drink alcohol very moderately and stay off the carbs. Ditch the sugar as much as possible. Forget the takeaway fried junk. Its important to build and maintain muscle and metabolism with weight training and regular walking is great for allover health.

    I'm very into having a good relationship with food, meaning no fast food or processed food unless special occasion.. no soda... no candy or chips. I take yoga twice a week and I do enjoy working out but only socially with friends. Maybe once a week by myself lol

    well i have always worked out to the extent of me not taking some meals just to keep fit ...... so i make sure i exercise regularly in as much that im not busy with work ......so i gym regularly just to keep fit always ok

    Some people try to look this good, but for me it's natural. Also a lot of random dancing and going to parks at midnight for fun. It takes a lot of confidence and persistence to maintain a body like this.

    I'm not looking for perfection guys, but I am trying to reduce some fat I have on me by eating all the hi cholesterol and fattening food.(No just kidding:).     I love Barre. I recently got a membership at the YMCA and I try to go at least once a week. It works muscles you didn't even know existed. I will also do weights at the gym and the stair master or elliptical.

    I love to work out in my woods clearing fallen trees and brush. I hike, bike, go to the gym, do physical work at my business, walk, and ski. I've been skiing twice already this year, once in Lake Tahoe and once in the Rockies. I will go again soon.

    I keep fit biking, skating, skiing, walking, hiking etc. I eat very healthy but still take the time to splurge on wings with my friends or the occasional pizza. I love to cook and I love to dine out. I also like to golf in the summer with friends and love the outdoors

    I love hiking and running my dog! I often do hot yoga and also have a infrared sauna which is super great for you. Long walks on a nice day along a beach front is pretty awesome then pop in somewhere for a drink and a bite.

    Well its not really in shape but when I do workout, I like to go hard and really get my wind going. I mountain bike, love a gym that has a pool for laps, looking at rowing on lake Conroe but found a rowing facility too. I've got the itch to get a dirt bike, which I had in high school, street bike in collage, if you ride it hard it's a work out. Looking into getting my pilots license which will help keep me in good mental shape. I'd like to lift weights and I think if I slimmed up a little and built some muscle tone although I'm pretty strong, I'd look like one mean mother you know what, lol...inside I'm a little teddy bear so don't let my 6'7" frame fool you.

    I work out 5 days a week and always have. I run circles around 20 year olds lol. almost serious as I have an incredible energy level that you will see when we talk and meet. I do eliptical and bike, stairs and then do a weight circuit, stretching then hit the steam room and jacuzzi.
